Everyone knows Tesco as the supermarket known for a cheeky meal deal and half price Sugar Puffs,
but what they don't know is that they also have a  Finest range with Michelin star quality food.

To convince people that Tesco could also do premium we needed them to taste it for themselves.
Welcome to Devour. The exhibition you can eat.





Each installation was designed to tell the story of the product; where it was grown, how it was produced or what effect it had on the body. Edible ones, with champagne bubbles, edible fog, and a rainbow you could walk through and taste. Audible ones, with a mushroom piano. Visual ones, with a mirror maze. And Stimulating ones, with a neon heart rate monitor that measured the effects the food had on you.


Guests could see how much they were enjoying each dish through EEG headsets that measured their brain waves as they tasted each course.That data was collected and then turned into personalised art.
